Richard founded the firm in late 2009. He has over 30 years of experience servicing organizations ranging from small closely held businesses to large Public Companies. Industries have included manufacturing, real estate, construction, non-profit, retail, employee benefit plans, local governments, automotive, education, health care, broker-dealers and professional organizations. Richard has served clients both domestically and internationally.
Richard received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Drexel University in 1987 and is certified in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Richard is actively involved in volunteering with various professional societies. He has also served on the Kendal Crossland Community board for 19 years.

Brian joined RW Group in 2021 first as an intern and upon graduation, as a Staff Accountant. He is currently focused on small business financial statements and audits as well as tax.
Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Delaware in 2021.
When not working, Brian enjoys being outside camping, fishing, hiking watching soccer and football as well as spending lots of time with his new puppy Ranger, an adorable Aussiedoodle.
Rosalee joined RW Group in 2014 as the Office Administrator. Her responsibilities include human resources, marketing and administrative policies and procedures. In addition she serves as the liaison between partners, staff and vendors.
Rosalee received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Drexel University in 1991.
Rosalee is currently a member of the Fundraising Committee and chair of the Caring Committee at her temple. She also supports The Wardrobe in various roles.
Groot Wortmann
Groot joined RW Group as Company Mascot in 2019. His responsibilities include notifying Richard and Rosalee of visitors by barking loudly as well as keeping them calm and focused on their daily work by planting himself on their feet under their desks.
When Groot is not at work, he can be found sniffing and running around the backyard as well as keeping an eye out for all squirrels.
