Richard E. Wortmann, CPA, DABFA

Richard founded the firm in late 2009. He has over 30 years of experience servicing organizations ranging from small closely held businesses to large Public Companies. Industries have included manufacturing, real estate, construction, non-profit, retail, employee benefit plans, local governments, automotive, education, health care, broker-dealers and professional organizations. Richard has served clients both domestically and internationally.

Richard received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Drexel University in 1987 and is certified in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Richard is actively involved in volunteering with various professional societies. He has also served on the Kendal Crossland Community board for 19 years.

Affiliations:

• American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) – serving on their National Peer Review Committee.
• Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) – serving on the Peer Review Committee as well as the Accounting and Auditing Procedures Committee. He is also a frequent author of the PICPA Journal on accounting and auditing topics.
• Fellow of the American Board of Forensic Accountants.

Rosalee C. Wortmann

Rosalee joined RW Group in 2014 as the Office Administrator. Her responsibilities include human resources, marketing and administrative policies and procedures. In addition she serves as the liaison between partners, staff and vendors.

Rosalee received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Drexel University in 1991.

Rosalee is currently a member of the Fundraising Committee and chair of the Caring Committee at her temple. She also supports The Wardrobe in various roles.
