Both the firm and its leadership bring many years of experience in traditional accounting services to individuals and businesses: including auditing, review and compilation of financial statements to personal, business and not-for-profit tax returns to its clients.
RW Group’s leadership has held partnership roles in both large regional and national firms. During these times, leadership was responsible for various industry practice areas, firm-wide technical consulting, and overall firm quality. Now, all of these experiences are brought to today’s clients.

RW Group is not only committed to serving our clients but also the profession and the greater community.
Our leadership is active professionally with the American Institute of CPAs as well as with Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs by participating on committees and task forces. In addition, our staff serves the greater community by sitting on boards and committees of local not-for- profit organizations.
We are also aware of the impact we, as a firm, have on the environment. We are dedicated to limiting our footprint by encouraging a "less paper" mindset both internally and externally. Our work is maintained, securely, in an electronic format and we have implemented a client portal so our clients can exchange data with us quickly and environmentally responsibly.
